By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App immediately.
The App allows users to discover tattoo artists and content, book services where available, participate in a loyalty program, and receive rewards and promotions.
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree that:
Your information is accurate and up to date.
You keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of fraud or abuse, duplicate or fake accounts, or breach of these Terms.
The App may allow bookings with Bettyzoo or affiliated artists.
Bettyzoo does not guarantee availability or specific results and is not liable for individual artist outcomes. Any service agreement is between you and the performing artist or studio.
All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all payment information provided is accurate.
Orders are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled unless required by law.
For services booked for a specific date or time, the right of withdrawal may not apply under applicable EU consumer law.
Any cancellation terms will be shown before booking where relevant.
You agree not to use the App unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful or illegal content, or disrupt the App.
We may suspend accounts, terminate access, or take legal action in response to misuse.
All content in the App, including designs, images, text, graphics, logos, branding, and software, belongs to Bettyzoo or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, or otherwise use any content without prior written permission.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bettyzoo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, rewards, or bookings, or technical errors or downtime.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
All personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection law, including GDPR, and our Privacy Policy.
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if these Terms are violated or if fraud or misuse is suspected.
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes shall be handled by the Danish courts, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

The Bettyzoo loyalty program allows users to earn points (“Points”) and redeem rewards (“Rewards”). The program is provided at Bettyzoo’s sole discretion.
Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be sold.
We may change earning rules, adjust balances, or remove Points in case of technical error, suspected abuse, or fraud.
Rewards are subject to availability, may expire, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
We may change or remove rewards, limit quantities, or refuse redemption in case of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Points and Rewards may expire after a period of inactivity or after the end of a campaign or promotion.
We may remove Points, cancel Rewards, or terminate accounts if fraud is suspected, the loyalty system is manipulated, or these Terms are violated.
No compensation will be provided in such cases unless required by law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the loyalty program at any time.
Where required, changes will be communicated through the App or on our website.
