Do you tattoo pregnant clients?
No, we do not tattoo clients who are pregnant. This is to protect their safety and wellbeing and to allow for healing without the additional demands of pregnancy. We recommend booking your appointment after your pregnancy.
What are your deposit and cancellation terms?
When you book a tattoo appointment at bettyzoo, a deposit is required to secure your time with the artist.
Please note that the deposit is forfeited if you cancel, regardless of the reason.
You may reschedule without losing your deposit if you contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice means the original deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required.
Can I speak to an artist before booking?
Yes. If you would like a consultation with an artist, please contact us directly to arrange one.
A consultation costs DKK 250. You can discuss your idea, placement, style, size and any questions with the artist before booking the tattoo itself.
Why do prices vary between artists?
Prices vary because our artists differ in experience, specialities, techniques and demand.
The price also depends on the size and complexity of the tattoo, its placement and the estimated time needed. The final price therefore varies by both design and artist.

Can I bring a friend to my appointment?
Yes, you may bring a friend to your tattoo appointment.
We ask that anyone accompanying you respects the artist, their workspace and the calm atmosphere of the studio.
Is there parking near the studio?
Yes, parking is available near the studio. We recommend the car parks at Magasin or Illum, both conveniently located close to us.
How old do I need to be to get tattooed?
You must be at least 18 years old to get a tattoo at bettyzoo.
This applies even if you are accompanied by a parent or guardian. We do not tattoo anyone under 18.
How do I choose the right tattoo artist?
We recommend browsing each artist’s Instagram profile, as every member of our team has their own style and specialities.
If you are unsure who would be best for your idea, feel free to contact us for advice.
Can I drink alcohol after getting a tattoo?
Yes, you can drink alcohol after getting tattooed.
However, we recommend taking good care of your new tattoo, following the aftercare instructions and avoiding anything that could negatively affect healing.
